Learn about bridge design with an engineer from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's KEEN program, then build and test your own! This activity is appropriate for upper elementary and middle school.

The presenter has indicated that this activity is most appropriate for upper elementary and middle school ages (ages 8-13). An alternative building activity will be available for younger siblings. Note we will be in the large meeting room rather than the program room in the youth department.

About the branch

Anderson Public Library is located in the heart of Lawrenceburg Kentucky on Main Street.  The library has 2 meeting rooms that can be combined into 1 large room, 2 study rooms, a history room, and a makerspace lab.
