Continue to learn about birds of prey in our week of "Outdoor Adventures"! Learn more about owls & what they eat firsthand! Ages 6-11'grades 1-5. While supplies last; first come, first served.
We will be learning more about owls, their diet, and digestive system. Participants will dissect owl pellets to find and identify the bones of their prey found within. (Owl pellets are not poop, and are heat-sterilized for safety; they are dry and have no odor. Gloves will also be provided).
Anderson Public Library is located in the heart of Lawrenceburg Kentucky on Main Street. The library has 2 meeting rooms that can be combined into 1 large room, 2 study rooms, a history room, and a makerspace lab.
